TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Overview
This website is operated by CustomMiniMic. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom orders and artwork
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and text you submit. You're responsible for any claims arising from the artwork you provide. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe intellectual-property rights or that is unlawful, hateful or inappropriate. If we do, we'll refund that order.
3. Proofs
Every custom order includes one digital proof. Production begins only after you approve it. You're responsible for checking spelling, colors and placement, and the approved proof is final.
4. Design services
A $30 design fee applies when we create, edit, recreate or prepare artwork for print. We'll tell you before doing any work that carries this fee.
5. Pricing and discounts
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Orders of 10 or more items receive 10% off automatically. Larger bulk orders are quoted individually.
6. Colors and materials
Colors may appear slightly different in print compared to screen. HEX/RGB colors are converted to CMYK for printing, which can result in minor variations in tone or saturation.
7. Product use
Our microphones are intended for casual interviews, events and social content, not professional studio recording. Every microphone set includes a USB-C adapter cable and a Lightning adapter. Mic flags for full-size microphones are sold without the microphone.

9. Use of our work
You may not reproduce our website content, product photos or designs without permission. We may photograph finished orders for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after they're posted.
